An Offer

Do you want to know what Devon thinks about Vertigo characters being off limits to the DCU? How about what Scipio thinks on the subject of Marvel in the 70’s? How about what Brooks and Carey think of the Image years? Now is your chance to ask.

This Thursday we’re recording Big Monkey Podcast #8 (I think that’s what we’re up to) and I’m calling out to all you people in Internetland to give us the topics. It’s like the Lightning Round only longer. If there is some subject that you wish the five of us were talking about well submit it.

A couple things to remember:

1) The topic should be broad enough that we can talk about it for twelve to fifteen minutes. “What do you think of Animal Man?” might be interesting but probably wouldn’t get picked. We’d run out of steam after “I like him.” Now “What do you of writers who use comic characters to preach social issues i.e. Animal Man and the environment?” would stand a better chance.

2) The format of the show is DC topic, Marvel topic, miscellaneous topic so try to keep that in your mind when coming up with a suggestion.

For the sake of giving me enough time to create questions about the topics please have all suggestions submitted by Tuesday, August 13 at 8:00 pm EST.
